We r finallllllly gonna watch 3 Idiots today .. hv been so careful while reading the reviews lest they give out too many details uff! So, nw just few hrs to go before I sit there munching popcorn and staring @ the screen 🙄

And eh, during our Singapore trip, we got to know about ‘OliveGreen‘, a company which deals with manufacture and marketing of Cornware, a green alternative to disposable tableware – all made of corn and yam. They say it takes only 90 days to decompose while plastic takes 300 yrs!!!!! He also showed us a few cups, spoons and even lovely containers in which we can pack lunch and stuff for picnics etc .. super-cool! And to top it, they r microwave and dishwasher safe! Also, the plastic covers which were lying rt there in front of us were also not plastic .. but corn, as we got to know later! Superb isn’t it? We got a lot of stuff from OliveGreen and now anybody asks for gifts,  they get plates, cups and spoons 😛 😛 😛  Do visit that page to know more … worth it! I so wish we could get these stuff here!

We had a workshop on ‘Effective Parenting’ in office by Ms.Kiranmai Choudary from Glen Doman’s Institutes. Ws a nice one .. nt like the other sessions which put u to sleep 😉  The gist, in her own words:

• Stop trying to perfect your child, but keep trying to perfect your relationship with her/him.

• To be in your children’s memories tomorrow, you have to be in their lives today.

Gonna attend a photography workshop this weekend … two days – the monuments and nature on the first day and the ‘modern’ architecture and portraits on the second. Its by famous photographer Amit Mehra. So, we will go click click click for 2 days .. hope we get some nice shots 🙂

And then, I ws just browsing thru our old pics, when I chanced upon this one. What I wud give to live here .. wonderful isn’t it? But then, would I value the place as much if I did live there? When we were in Munnar and I ws talking with the local folks, most of them were interested in knowing abt the city, abt the tall buildings et..al.  Is it that only the far away mountains r beautiful?
