Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut[grated] – 1 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Elaichi powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
Blend the coconut and the milk together. Take a non-stick pan, add the mixture, the sugar and keep stirring on low fire till the entire mixture comes as a whole to the centre of the pan and till a kind of popping sound subsides. Smear ghee on a plate and pour this mixture onto the plate and spread the mixture evenly by tapping the plate gently. Now, cut into the desired shape and let cool.
I have just used raisins and pistas alternately for garnishing.
Ah !!! I wish I had searched your blog for the recipe. It looks delicious. Will keep it in mind next time I try my hand at cooking .. :-)Yumm Yumm!
