Ingredients:
Moong sprouts – 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Lime juice – 1/s tsp.
For garnishing:
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Mix all the ingredients well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. You may also choose to add a tempering of oil and mustard. Have a healthy meal!
I make a salad with moong, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, salt & chaat masala but then I guess tht is very common;-P.Pomagranate seeds is an interesting variation…will definitely try it;-D
