Ingredients:

Corn – 1 large
Salt – to taste
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp [optional]

For garnishing:

Coriander leaves[chopped fine]

Method:

Cook the corn in a pressure cooker. Cool and deseed the same. Add the salt, lime juice and pepper powder if preferrred and mix well. Garnish with coriander. Optionally, you can choose to add a tempering of oil and mustard.
