This is a very simple and healthy recipe; something which is really nice and different to eat. Kids will be very happy with this concept and will love it. I got this idea from one of the cookery shows I saw on TV.

Ingredients:

Capsicum – 3
The stalks have to be removed and they have to be deseeded
Butter – 1 tbsp

For the filling:

Green peas[boiled] – 1 tbsp
Sprouts – 1 tbsp
Babycorn[sliced] – 1/2 tbsp
Onion[chopped fine] = 1 tbsp
Potato[boiled and mashed] – 1 tbsp
Carrot[grated] – 1 tbsp
Paneer[grated] – 1 tbsp
Green chillies[chopped fine] – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – a pinch
Tomato puree – 2 tsp

For garnishing:

Coriander[chopped fine]


Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the filling and keep in the microwave oven for 1-2 min.

Now, take the capsicums and apply butter on the outer side. Add the filling and arrange in a microwave bowl. Cook for 2-2.5 min. Garnish with coriander.
I have served it on a blue plate so as to seem like a water body and have made something like sails using baby corn and carrots cut in the shape of some flag.
