Well, I really donno what to call the dish as yet … still not named it :P. Its a version of Spaghetti which I just tried yesterday for dinner as Su said he wants to have something different.All that in the refrigerator which I thought would go well with the dish and those Su has a craving for made the ingredients.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti(cooked) – 3 cups
Onions(cut in the form of rings)- 1 cup
Yellow, Red and Green bell pepper – 1 cup altogether
Baby corn(sliced) – 1/4 cup
Green peas – 1/4 cup
Tomato(chopped fine) – 1
Green chillies (slit into 4 lengthwise) – 4 (depending on degree of spice tolerable)
Jeera – 1 tsp
Cloves – 2
Bay leaf – 1
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp (depending on degree of spice tolerable)
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

For garnishing:

Onion Rings
Bell Pepper Rings
Chopped coriander leaves

Method:

Take ample water in a large vessel, add 1/2 tbsp olive and salt and cook the spaghetti.When done, switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl of cold water
to avoid over-cooking.

Now, heat olive oil in a wok and add jeera first; when done, add the cloves and bay leaves. Now saute the green chillies and onions followed by th bell peppers. Then, add the baby corn and green peas and add about 1/4 cup water(as much needed for the two to be cooked).Now add the tomato and leave for a min or two.
Once done, put in the soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder and salt. Add the butter and mix all the constituents. Now add the cooked spaghetti and mix well. The yummy Spaghetti is ready to plunge upon after garnishing the same. Bon Appetit!
